LivingIntentionally™ Newsletter

Q: Why is the Newsletter called LivingIntentionally not WorkingIntentionally?

A: WorkingIntentionallyis a subset of the LivingIntentionallyconcept. LivingIntentionally incorporates the whole life, spirituality, the environment, society, living, playing, and being, in addition to how we work.

Thank You

Thank You For Signing Up for LivingIntentionally™.

I would like to offer to you a few tools and an ebook that will help you on the path to LivingIntentionally™. The first is a booklet by Thomas Leonard called The 25 Secrets to Having the Life You Really Want. People have often asked me how I got to be the way I am. Some of it has to do with how I was raised, however a healthy chunk of it had to do with my path which as it turns out resembles a lot of what Thomas talks about in his 25 Secrets. So I thought I would share this with you.

In addition are two "snapshot" tools that I use with new clients to give us some clarity on the direction we are going and what is really important. The Wheel of Life is a visual tool of your current satisfaction levels, while the CleanSweep is a 100 point checklist of what might be needed to have your life running smoothly. They both provide a look at where you are right now, today. At the same time they provide an opening to see where and what may be out of balance or getting in the way to having and living the life you want.

Wheel Of Life
Where are you in your life? This is a visual "snapshot" tool to paint a picture representing your whole life and how satisfied you are with each area. Seeing where we are at is key to finding balance. It gives us a starting point in coaching as well and allows us to see what really is there.
Clean Sweep
You have more natural energy when you are complete with your environment, well-being, money and relationships. The Clean Sweep Programô consists of 100 items which, when completed, will give you the vitality and strength you want. For more information on the implentation and use of this program contact me and/or check out the Clean Sweep Guide.
